I Am Legend - Short Review

I brushed up on my horror with I AM LEGEND, and I enjoyed it a good deal. It was a nice, crisp, and thought-provoking read, with much more going on in it than in the movie. In fact, the plot and overall concept are far different than the same in the movie.

I was jarred by a few of the plot holes, but I guess given the excellent concepts involved, they are forgivable. I recommend it to all vampire fans. It should be read alongside DRACULA.

Looking Forward to the Weekend

Looks like I won't have work this weekend, so I'm gonna fill it with running and reading and writing--the three r's.

I just finished Mark Twain's "The Awful German Language," which I found to be really funny. I think it's put me on a Mark Twain kick  (or at least made me schedule one), and as soon as I finish book 1 of Harry Potter it's Mark Twain all the way.
